Filip is a seasoned professional with a passion for languages and a diverse skill set. After graduating in Applied Linguistics, he co-founded a translation company, gaining experience in various industries including cybersecurity, filmmaking, and business.
His career has spanned roles in account management and direct sales. In his previous positions, he successfully managed strategic accounts, increasing year-over-year growth and expanding market share. In subsequent roles, he honed his sales and communication skills, excelling in lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and client acquisition. Joining SUSO as an Account Manager means completing the circle and returning to his roots as an AM–a role that brings him great satisfaction and plenty of opportunities to reach new heights.
Filip’s enthusiasm for languages and international business is matched by his love for outdoor activities. He is an avid hiker and photographer, having explored the mountains of Poland, France, Switzerland, and Kyrgyzstan (his biggest achievement to this day has been a 3-day hike in Kyrgyzstan where he summited the Ala-kul pass at the altitude of 3907m back in 2021). Additionally, he is a skilled pool player, competing in local and national leagues.
