Jamie joined SUSO in 2025 as Head of Content and was promoted to Chief Marketing Officer in 2026, taking ownership of the agency’s brand, communications, and industry presence. He brings more than 12 years of experience across marketing, content, and brand strategy, having led global content programmes for brands in e-commerce, wellness, and SaaS, from early-stage start-ups to billion-dollar giants, always with a focus on creative storytelling, technical precision, and long-term growth.
Over the years, he’s built and scaled high-performing marketing teams across the UK, US, Canada, and Europe, delivering full-funnel strategies that turn brand identity into real-world results. He’s also developed AI-powered workflows that speed up production without sacrificing quality, or soul.
As CMO, Jamie’s mission is to take SUSO from the best-kept secret in AI-native search to one of the loudest, clearest voices in the industry: amplifying the expertise of the team, telling the story of how agentic AI is reshaping search, and making sure clients and partners see exactly what SUSO is capable of.
Jamie takes pride in doing things the right way: clear messaging, strong editorial direction, and processes that actually work. He holds a Master’s degree in Print Journalism from the University of Sheffield and a Bachelor’s in English Studies from the University of Nottingham.
Based near London, Jamie is an avid cook, vinyl record collector, and recovering Football Manager addict.
