Jamie joined SUSO in 2025 as Head of Content, bringing more than 12 years of experience across content, SEO, and brand strategy. He’s led global content programmes for brands in e-commerce, wellness, and SaaS – from early-stage start-ups to billion-dollar giants – always with a focus on creative storytelling, technical precision, and long-term growth.
Over the years, he’s built and scaled high-performing content teams across the UK, US, Canada, and Europe, delivering full-funnel strategies that turn brand identity into real-world results. He’s also developed AI-powered workflows that speed up production without sacrificing quality – or soul.
Jamie takes pride in doing things the right way: clear messaging, strong editorial direction, and processes that actually work. He holds a Master’s degree in Print Journalism from the University of Sheffield and a Bachelor’s in English Studies from the University of Nottingham.
Based near London, Jamie is an avid cook, vinyl record collector, and recovering Football Manager addict.
